Over the past few weeks, something in me has shifted. Not all at once ~ but gently, like a river remembering where it came from. It hasn’t been loud or dramatic. Instead, it's felt like a quiet unfolding, an invitation to pause and ask, "What is truly mine to carry? What can I release now?"
I’ve always known I was here to help others heal; but recently, the how and why have come into clearer focus. It’s no longer about doing more or fixing what’s broken. It’s about returning to what’s true. To what feels alive and resonant. To what brings not just results ~ but remembrance.
~ For myself.
~ For the women I work with.
~ For the quiet wisdom within us all.
