π The Wisdom of Cycles: You’re Not Meant to Bloom All the Time
Nature doesn’t bloom all year.
Neither do we.
And yet… so many of us feel guilty when we’re tired, quiet or less productive.
As if resting means we’re falling behind.
As if stillness means something is wrong.
But what if what you’re feeling is not failure…
…it’s simply a shift in season?
πΎ Everything in Nature Moves in Rhythm
The moon waxes and wanes.
Trees shed their leaves before they ever bloom.
The ocean ebbs just as surely as it flows.
And our bodies ~ especially those of us cycling through the phases of womanhood ~ are deeply attuned to those same rhythms.
✨ Sometimes we are full of energy, inspiration and movement.
✨ Other times, we are meant to pause, integrate, reflect.
Hormones fluctuate. Emotions surface. Energy dips.
And none of it is wrong.
π± What If You’re in Your Winter?
You might be in a season of decay ~ letting go of old habits, identities or emotions.
Or a season of quiet integration ~ the slow composting of wisdom.
Or perhaps a budding spring is just beginning inside you ~ not ready to be seen, but already stirring.
Whatever season you’re in, the invitation is the same:
π Don’t rush.
π Don’t judge.
π Listen for what your body is asking… not what the world is expecting.
πΈ A Gentle Invitation
What I love to do is support women through all seasons ~ not just the sunny ones.
Whether you’re:
-
Feeling emotionally heavy
-
Noticing your hormones shift
-
Waking up tired even after sleep
-
Longing to reconnect with your inner rhythm…
There’s nothing wrong with needing rest, stillness or space.
You’re simply in a different part of your rhythm ~ and I’d be honored to walk beside you there.
π Please reach out if you’d like support, or just to share where you feel yourself right now ~ blooming, pausing or quietly in-between.
With love and seasonal softness,
Diane
π₯π Steady flame. Sacred rhythm.
