💫 Cycles of Creativity ~ The Forgotten Feminine Wisdom

 

There is a quiet truth that many of us carry in our bones, even if we were never taught it aloud:

Creativity ~ like healing, like the Earth, like the feminine body ~ moves in cycles. 

It does not bloom endlessly. 

It softens, contracts, retreats… before it rises again.

But somewhere along the way, this wisdom was forgotten.

And so many brilliant, heartful women silenced their creative rhythm to keep up with a world that never stops spinning.

But here’s the truth I’ve remembered ~ again and again ~ in my own healing and in the work I do with others: 

✨ Creativity is not linear. 

✨ It pulses with life’s breath ~ expanding, resting, deepening, expressing. 

✨ And when we allow the ebb, the flow returns more alive, more authentic, more us.

This is the forgotten feminine wisdom. The kind that lives in the lunar phases, in the cycles of our hormones, in the seasons of our emotions.
