Tending the Fire Within 🔥


Hello beautiful souls,

If you’ve ever felt like your body was on fire ~ from aching joints, flushed skin or restless nights... or your emotions were burning too hot ~ quick to anger, easily overwhelmed or emotionally depleted... then you’ve met the Fire Within.

For nearly 30 years, I’ve studied the hidden role of inflammation in nearly every health challenge ~ especially for women navigating midlife changes, hormonal shifts and emotional overwhelm. And from everything I’ve observed, one truth stands out:

Inflammation is not the enemy.
It’s the body’s signal flare ~ calling us back home.

Inflammation is often misunderstood. It’s not just a physical response to injury or illness ~ it’s a multi-layered message from your body and soul. A cry for cooling. For balance. For transformation.

I used to think of myself as a “health coach” or “strategist.” But truthfully? I’ve become somewhat of:
